Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon hire. Your PTO days will increase with your years of service at 7Delta. In addition, you will be able to carry over 40 hours of PTO each year.

We offer a no-cost Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance plan for employees and their families who are more than 100 miles from home or in a foreign country.
