Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately upon hire. Your PTO days will increase with your years of service at 7Delta. In addition, you will be able to carry over 40 hours of PTO each year.

We offer a no-cost Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance plan for employees and their families who are more than 100 miles from home or in a foreign country. Through this plan, you can feel secure when traveling by knowing you can always receive medical consultation and evaluation, hospital admission, emergency evacuation, and emergency medication assistance.
